Welcome!
Welcome to the
Bailliage de Naples of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. We are a group
of professional and amateur gastronomes united in a private,
not-for-profit society committed to promoting the culinary arts
and those of enology and hospitality through example, education,
and camaraderie.
Based on the great
traditions and high standards of the medieval French guild of
rôtisseurs or "meat roasters," our confrérie celebrates the
pleasures of the table and outstanding companionship through
spectacular dinners and world class events.
For those of us who
call the tropical paradise of Naples home, we realize just how
fortunate we are. So, while we are having good fun, we also do
good work. In conjunction with the Bonita Bailliage, we have
formed The Culinary and Hospitality Education Foundation of
Southwest Florida (CHEF), a not for profit, tax exempt
corporation. This organization helps young people in the
community pursue careers in the culinary and hospitality arts
professions.
Here in Naples we
are privileged to have an unparalleled depth of talent in our
professional members. Through their gifts of time and talent we
are guaranteed successful and memorable events.
Our extraordinary
Board of Directors works tirelessly in the production of
creative and luxurious events. Our Chaîne events are scheduled
during the Naples winter season: October through April. During
the summer months we gather together at a series of more casual
dine-arounds. We welcome any Chaîne members from other
Bailliages to join in any of our events, space permitting, and
look forward to extending our gracious southern hospitality to
