Officers and Contacts Officers and Board Organization A local Bailliage (chapter) is headed by an elected Bailli (president) whose primary responsibility is the success of the Bailliage. The Bailli also is a voting member of the National Council (as are any regional or national officers who belong to the bailliage.) All other officers of the local Bailliage are appointed by the Bailli. Together, the officers and any additional appointed members make up the local Board that is the administrative and policy making team for the Bailliage.
